Students distribute paper bags: The Tribune India

Karnal: Students from Dyal Singh Public School, Sector 7 distributed paper bags to traders in nearby markets to raise awareness about the harmfulness of plastic bags to the environment. Paper bags of different colors and patterns were made by the students. They also called on the public to change their paper bags. Principal Shalini Narang also urged staff and students to dispose of plastic bags at home and fight environmental pollution.

Jind College begins online admissions

Jind: Students can now apply online for 2,585 places in 22 PG courses, four UG courses, four UG diploma courses and three PG diploma courses from university teaching departments and its affiliated colleges for the 2022 academic session- 23 at Chaudhary Ranbir Singh University. Interested candidates can fill out forms until August 21. Forms can be downloaded from the university website.

6 classes started at G’gram varisty

Gurugram: Gurugram University has launched six new paramedical courses. The university has signed a memorandum of understanding with the Pavitra Institute of Health Sciences. An off-site campus is being established at the Pavitra Institute of Health Sciences located at Dumdum Road, Bhondsi, Gurugram. Students can take a variety of paramedic and degree courses on offsite campus. Courses include Operating Room Technology, Diploma in Radio Imaging Technology, Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology, BSc in Operating Room Technology, BSc in Radio Imaging Technology and BSc in medical laboratory technology.
